A: Our fees are paid by our client companies, who seek our guidance to identify top-notch talent to fill their staffing needs.

A: Yes, we work with companies located all over the United States and internationally.

A: We actively work with manufacturers of consumer durable products that are sold through the mass and home centers. We are involved in all disciplines from Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Global Sourcing & Logistics, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
Q: What kind of increase in salary is reasonable for my next job if I am currently employed?
A: The national market is constantly changing, however in our experience salary increases traditionally fall in the range of 8-12%.
Q: What happens to my resume once I submit it to The Halcyon Group?
A: Once a resume is received, it is reviewed to ensure that it meets the minimum requirements for the applied position. If the resume meets these minimum requirements, it is forwarded to the team member that is working on that particular account. If there is a match with relation to your skills, experience, and education, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity in further detail. If there is not an immediate match to your resume, it will be entered into our database for future opportunities. A resume will be treated in a confidential manner at all times.
Q: I have submitted my resume to you, what do I do now?
A: Give us a couple days to review the resume to determine if there is a fit with the positions that we currently have available. If there is an immediate fit, we will contact you. If there is not an immediate fit, your resume will be entered into our database for future positions. When a position does surface that matches your skills, experience, and education, we will promptly contact you to discuss the opportunity.
